Certification & Training
Find out why RSG is the Certified Expert in the Mountain West Region
It's easy to print up a business card with a title that sounds impressive. But, a title without the proper training, certifications and experience is worthless. This is why RSG has worked very hard to earn certifications from NADCA, and the IICRC
NADCA - National Air Duct Cleaners Association
Royalty Services Group has a NADCA CVI (Certified Ventilation Inspector) and and 2 NADCA ASCS ( Air Systems Cleaning Specialist) on staff.
The National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) was formed in 1989 as a non-profit association of companies engaged in the cleaning of HVAC systems. Its mission was to promote source removal as the only acceptable method of cleaning and to establish industry standards for the association.
NADCA has expanded its mission to include the representation of qualified companies engaged in the assessment, cleaning, and restoration of HVAC systems, and to assist it members in providing high quality service to their customers. The goal of the association is to be the number one source for the HVAC cleaning and restoration services: first time, every time.

IICRC - Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification
The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) has served as the Industry Guardian for the cleaning, inspection and restoration service industries for more than 30 years. As a non-profit certification organization, the IICRC helps ensure that you have access to trusted and trained cleaning professionals by establishing and monitoring certification programs and standards for these industries.
To qualify for IICRC-Certified Firm status businesses must demonstrate proof of insurance, maintain a written customer complaint policy with documented follow-up and provide ongoing education and training leading to certification for all technicians. IICRC Certified Firms are also required to abide by the IICRC Code of Ethics. Services provided by IICRC–Certified professionals range from flooring inspection and cleaning to mold remediation to water and fire damage restoration.
